Jacques Arnould, historian of sciences, and theologian
He is in charge of reflexions related to the ethical and cultural dimension of space activities at the French space agency (CNES). Soon 60 years after Sputnik launch and 55 years after Gagarine flight, space remains a domain of exploration and, in the same time, belongs to our daily life.
To prepare the future, we have to remember the Augustine Report about American Space Policy (2009) : "We explore to reach goals, not destinations". Also, which are these goals and the connected constraints? This will be the topic of this communication.
