The GLS conferences, organized every two years, aim at bringing together top class researchers and engineers interested in all aspects of multiphase reactors and processes, to serve as a platform to exchange updated interests and results. In the line of the previous editions of the conference, the focus will be given on:
- Scientific principles behind gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid reactors,
- Gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid devices,
- Applications of gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid reactors, with a special emphasis on bioreactors.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper for a special issue of the top rated journal Chemical Engineering Science (CES) that will be released for the conference. Works accepted for publication in CES will be automatically proposed as oral communications.

Important dates

  •     First abstract submission (when intending to submit a full paper to CES): 1 February 2016
  •     Abstract acceptation decision: 1 March 2016
  •     Full paper submission to CES: 1 August 2016
  •     Notification of acceptance in CES: 15 January 2017
