About the VKI 65th Anniversary Celebration

The von Karman Institute will hold a ceremony for the celebration of its 65th anniversary on June 3rd and 4th, 2022.

In view of the transformation brought by technology, digitalization, advances in Fluid Dynamics, climate change and the pandemic, we look forward to celebrating our anniversary with you.  Reliving VKI’s  history and tradition while looking forward into the future, we expect a heartful and inspiring time.

Friday June 3rd will be devoted to the Alumni Association General Assembly and the scientific sessions, ending with a cocktail and the traditional alumni dinner.

On Saturday June 4th, the alumni and their families will visit the labs with our faculty members and engineers and discover the latest experiments performed at VKI. After the visit, we invite you to join the VKI staff and students for an informal reception around 1:00 pm.

We look forward to welcoming you in June.
