4^th Symposium on Integrating CFD and Experiments in Aerodynamics

Accommodation

The Symposium will be hosted at the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics (VKI) in Rhode-St-Genèse, a suburb south of Brussels (http://www.vki.ac.be). A visit of the von Karman Institute laboratories will be organized during the course of the conference (VKI's facilities).

The Symposium workshop will not have parallel sessions, enabling the participants to follow all presentations.

The VKI conference room is equipped with 130 seats, projection facilities for video and computer signals, an overhead projector, a video cassette player, a slide and cine-projector, the latter to be booked in advance. The von Karman Institute has a cafeteria, a restaurant, and three meetings rooms for 8, 14 and 20 people, respectively.

Bus transport will be provided between VKI and the Place Rogier (5´ walk from all suggested hotels each morning and evening (included in the fee).

Hotel reservation

VKI secretariat can book rooms upon request in the recommended hotels. Daily rates include all charges and continental breakfast. These prices are indicative and could be subject to changes. However, participants could occasionally find special offers on hotel websites. If you book a hotel on your own, please be sure it is near the VKI bus location at Place Rogier.
