NVIDIA Hardware Grant Program

We are proud to announce that the Nvidia company granted Prof. Tom Verstraete and Mr. Mohamed Hassanine Aissa 2 GPUs
called Tesla K40. GPUs will accelerate the CFD simulations used in the multidisciplinary design optimization research at the von Karman Institute.

Tesla K40 is the most powerful GPU now on the market. It has 12GB of memory and 2880 processors. It can perform 4.29 Tera Float operation per second.

Nvidia has a program dedicated to empowering  professors and researchers at universities worldwide to inspire cutting-edge technological innovation.
