Benoit Marinus, Ph.D. student, has been attributed the 2011 best paper award by the association of European Research Establishments in Aeronautics (EREA) for his work entitled "Multidisciplinary Optimization of Propeller Blades: focus on the aeroacoustic results."

Benoît MarinusBenoit Marinus, PhD student, has been attributed the 2011 best paper award by the association of European Research Establishments in Aeronautics (EREA) for his work entitled "Multidisciplinary Optimization of Propeller Blades: focus on the aeroacoustic results." His co-authors are Prof. Roger (Ecole Centrale de Lyon), Prof. Van den Braembussche (von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics) and Prof. Bosschaerts (Royal Military Academy). The paper was presented at the 17th AIAA/CEAS Aeroacoustics Conference held in Portland (USA) on 6-8 June 2011 and published by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
